It is not very good situation for the project because they don't have any news for a very long time. Either project is not active anymore or team just don't do much. Hope the situation will change in the future
This is a new approach to a business. Start at the very beginning, before investors, before hiring initial team. All of this is done via online forums and the DAO.
First, the token economics are created. This allows first hiring to be done.
Second, workers are hired to build the initial website, to explain the idea.
Third, people begin to understand the idea. More PLEX trading occurs, to help fund the idea.
More workers are hired, more is built, etc.
All in public view. From the very start.
It is ok to be doubtful. This method of building a DAO business is strange and new. It is ok hang back, and stay away from TRIBE and PLEX until there is more information. It is ok to wait until there is a posted roadmap. These postings are more about finding early workers for The Complex, and early volunteers for The Tribe.
