I am writing here at good will and i sincerely hope for my issue to be resolved as soon as possible .
If not then i will open a new post publicly about this
So here's my issue : 3 days ago i deposited 0.01 btc , i gamble these funds and when i asked for a withdrawal of about 115 $ worth of btc
i was asked to complete KYC
I originally send my national id card and a selfie holding my id , However the verification failed and i got an email stating that "document is expired" ! I then contacted customer service via live chat and email explaining that my national id card have NO expiration date , and that my card is obviously still valid not only to my country but to all EU countries.

I got no answer and then i send a second form of id (my driver's lisence) for KYC purposes , which again failed , this time cause according to edgless's system document "was not readable" !

after that second failed attempt i contact them again and send via email all the documents ( id card and driver's lisence ) , and also offer the alternative for
 for a skype or viber call in order to verify my account.

2 days after my original contact and several attempts to reach customer service noone is answering !
This is by far the worst customer service i 've ever seen !
And all that just to withdraw 100ish amount of usd ! Which shouldn't need any KYC in the first place (i believe their curacao regulator requires KYC for at least 2000+ withdrawal)
I could only imagine the hurdles for getting back to your wallet larger amounts

So i hope someone will help here and resolve this asap , cause maybe the amount is small but for principal reasons i am not willing to let this go and sleep on my funds!
