When the best cryptocurrency exchange is mentioned, local exchange like pcex should not be on the list. There are several good exchange in India who are far better than pcex and since I'm not from India, I won't even consider any of the local india exchange as an option. The best exchange should be a global exchange like binance, Poloniex, bittrex etc.
