One of the biggest scam exchange of the crypto history, they refuse to approve the withdrawals, their support is awful, their servers are down all the time, they are rude and they face constantly technical issues. If you insist on something they ban your account and your funds are lost. Those guys are for Cyber Crime Police.
What happened::
I sent 593 BTG from my Bitfinex Wallet to a new account at Folgory and my account was then closed by Folgory. The stopped responded to my emails and have not given me access to my funds (593 BTG). So they stole my deposit.
