I am planning to start charge 50$ fee to add any Casino since I need to pay for employers to research on internet for the casinos reputation background in the internet, play the casino to ensure we know what we talking about in the reviews and by last all takes time!
It is neither good nor bad but you may earn profit buy using referral link as earning by bestchange. But for that reason your site must have to popular, and to be popular you have to spend time as well as money. If you charge 50$ or something like this then you may get few fund but that will not be good for long term. Non reputed site might be interested but reputed site may deny your offer.Good point.

IMO , it's good that you are charging 50 bucks to add a new casino into your review list.
It will surely help you to pay the expenses of the site like hosting and promotions etc.
But it would be even better if you can group the sites into 'paid group 'and 'honest review' group.
In the 'paid group' add those site's review those have paid you to list them in your site and in the 'honest review' group add those sites review that is based on user's experience.
