Is there some way to get private key from my eth address? Like tool or something?
Since i am pretty sure now that coinbase will not even reply to the ticket...etc
Yes you can if you use Coinbase wallet not "Coinbase" nor "Coinbase pro". Because Coinbase nor Coinbase pro is custodial wallet (exchanges)

Use BIP39 [1] fill your seed and enter the derivation path, you'll get your private key. For more information read this Can't access my money because of the derivation path

Alternatively you can use iancoleman website

Remember that you must do this procedure in iancolemun website (https://iancoleman.io/bip39/) it is safer to do it offline. Download the website and run locally.

Once you recover your private key, just import that private key to a wallet that support USDT.

I would use Coinomi mobile version. I like it, it is easy to use and has support to all those common coins.
