I think it is not so much unteachable sock puppets but rather people who are longing for "Success they deserve". In this world scamming is more lucrative than having a job. As long as governments do not change the fact that work does not pay off (enough), people will get poorer and more divided, stressed and frustrated. Opening doors for terrorism and making them more approachable by all kinds of business models.
