Apparently, it's for people who used them before September 1. And I used it like 2 months ago. I already connected my wallet and it does say I can claim 400 UNI, but this does look too good to be true. $1400 for free just because I bought some tokens? The main problem is ETH's fees. $15 to claim, another $15 to send to Binance, etc... I want it to be worth. If it's really $1400, I'll go for it and make some miners happier.
$15 all for the transaction when you do it on binance for USDT, worse times for ETH gas fees but sure miners will be glad to get it. The price is still climbing though, I think if it will continue it could reach up to $5 soon.
