what would you do with it? and how much are you willing to pay?
and of course, how would be secure that one would not use their private key after selling you the wallet?

I feel like its something about money laundering, so I wouldn't risk my safety for like $50 or even $100 knowing I can get it back with private key.

I don't see any risks of selling such a wallet for the seller. All risks from such a transaction are borne by the buyer. But the seller should also be careful if the buyer demands to transfer part of the cryptocurrency as proof of ownership to such a wallet. In any case, I think this deal is questionable.
