A gsx account will be able to unlock 3-5 clean devices per day, an appleconnect will need 5 days for unlocking any device clean or lost, and at last the oasis account will unlock any device instantly. The last two options include a teamviewer session to set up appleconnect VPN. All accounts include a first unlock done with one of the team, step by step while you watch and record the process. We keep the yubikeys for 2FA so you will have to PM for 1 OTP before each session ( you can then leave the computer turned on and connected to the internet and the sessions remains active) .
