Going top 20 is easier but maintaining them for the mean time is a challenge. Look at chainlink for example, I wonder when bottom will be in. 
It is possible for new coins to reach top 20 list. I wonder if these coins will remain their position in the top 20 list.
Based on your images you're set list for 24 hours change, it's why all of them is DeFi token.
