Is there a a reliable service out there at the moment where I can buy Crypto with Bank Wire without providing Selfie?
I can upload my ID, Utility bill or any other required document, but I do not want to make a selfie.

What's the price? Are you willing to use some intermediary things in the transfer (Some gift cards, other services) and how much are you willing to pay?
You can always transfer even without sending the ID card, but if you want to stay away from censorship, it is best to make the purchase completely anonymously by purchasing gift cards.

You can use this option but here you have some more ways also like if you have paypal then this will works better as you can linked your bank account with this and then buy gift cards and if you have no paypal then you need some long process with this because checking account works but sometime need long time to settle transactions.
You have try with Binance and Poloniex or no because as I know these both never ask for any selfie from user for verification?
