If i am not mistaken the first batch of M32s was sent out in August, so the first person to receive it hasn't yet tried it for a month, so even if you managed to find or a hear a review from someone, it will be somehow inaccurate as the test-period is way too short.
With that being said, since we haven't heard of any major change in the MicroBT management and team, I can only assume that they still maintain the same standards, the huge failure for the 17 series was due to the absence of Jihan, at that time Micree was in charge and he must have made a ton of bad technical decisions which lead to the low-quality of 17 series, or at least this is how Jihan justified the failure to the Chinese miners community, which does make sense if you come to think about it.
and if they meet specs they will be costly and take more one year to pay off.
