A better way of asking this question is "What's good about T17" and the short answer will be "slim to nothing".

I would like to make clear that some people in this forum were lucky enough to have had luck with some or most of their 17 series gears which includes S17,S17pro,S17+,S17e,T17,T17+, and T17e, personally I only had good luck with S17 pro, although 1 machine is already dying, so if someone else gives a good review it doesn't mean they are lying about it.

But according to large data collected from large mining farms in China, and a few personal contacts I have with some miners who are large-scale, the overall results of the 17 series are TERRIBLE, these gears are not robust by any means, PSUs are bad, thermal paste/solder is terrible, and etc.
