Xandry is not an administrative. So, I doubt Xandry has access to any account. Staff can moderate only, they are not given administrative power of course.
Again, none of the account buyers/sellers are banned in the forum. Even forum allowes buy sell although discouraged. Buying and Selling can not ban someone.
