I think binance will have the same thing as well, and honestly I would rather go with binance which is the biggest exchange in the entire world over a place I have never heard before
Me either.
I'll go with Binance if they'll offer the same thing. I'm not very much familiar with the project that he has mentioned. AFAIK, Ethereum will give a list of those validators or pools that we can join if we want to be part of any of those.
It's better and more reliable if it will come from them or any trusted service.
