Bankroll is needed and its no brainer that a site should have because how you would pay out users or winners if you dont have money to pay on?
but they had mentioned that they are still on Beta phase then it might be the possible reason.
But since this game its not an PVP game and play against the banker/house, they should at least deposit some money into the bankroll. Otherwise, no body gonna to play on the casino because tired waiting the bankroll money.
It also made them shady since how could we trust those casino who doesn't have bank roll deposited on their site? its like they are waiting for site profits before they pay out their winning bettor and I agree with you that there's no gambler would risk to bet on this set-up.
But as stomacgrowls said since they are on beta maybe they are testing things out and officially put all required once all things are in good state.
