You could make a withdraw large enough and wait for it to be processed from the cold wallet if you really cared. Otherwise, I doubt you'll get any form of verification.

(on a semi related note, I made a ~0.4 BTC withdraw earlier today which usually gets processed from the hot wallet, but not today. What's up with that?)
