If we look at the impact of individual projects on the industry as a whole, I would consider Balancer, Compound,  Maker,  Synthetic,  Uniswap, Ox,  Curve....must have missed someonе..The list might be too big.  Everything in this area changes so fast that I have to spend hours on the end tracking  arrising projects  to be abreast.
