I don't think so because bitcoin is a decentralised cryptocurrency which works on blockchain technology which is one of the powerful technology.in November 2016 indian goverment has banned note of 500 and 1000 INR they can banned it because it's centralised currency but no goverment can ban bitcoin because it's not under control them
