I'm not familiar with Blockchain's trading platform but... What do you mean when you say disappeared? They first showed in your wallet, then vanished?

If you can see the TXID in your trading account, check it and see if the funds went to the right address (the receiving address you have in wallet). If they did and they're still there, it can be a display glitch.
