I don't have the Aorus but I have 6 of the Gaming OC variant. All my memory runs into the 100-110C range if I don't turn up the fan speed. I pulled one apart to make sure it was pasted correctly and make sure the thermal pads were making contact properly. They were, so it's just a power issue with the 5700 XT. If you can get mem voltage down that should help, but try increasing fans to at least 45%.
I get 92 C now after increase fan speed to 1800rpm. But im going to think that mem sensor of these cards show wrong value, it show x2 of real mem temp. Why?
1. If you notice the value always change in 2 C degrees step: 92 94 ... 100 102 104, i never seen any odd value.
2. I use a thermometer and try to measure some memory modules on PCB when mining and it show exactly 45-46 C degree coincidentally.
Maybe im wrong, just a guess
