I like how Uniswap conducted the UNI airdrop. They implemented the airdrop contracts silently.
They did and they really given free money to those early supporters who used the platform even the fees for transferring ETH is too high.
Because if they had announced it priority to the distribution, thousands if not millions of people would have registered.
