I don't have the Aorus but I have 6 of the Gaming OC variant. All my memory runs into the 100-110C range if I don't turn up the fan speed. I pulled one apart to make sure it was pasted correctly and make sure the thermal pads were making contact properly. They were, so it's just a power issue with the 5700 XT. If you can get mem voltage down that should help, but try increasing fans to at least 45%.
I have a 5700xt gigabyte gaming version, and I don't like the memory temperature, mine stays at 92ºC all the time, with 60% fans, my room temp is about 28º to 30º
I did a lot of research and found that is normal in this card, the max temp for memories are 105ºC, and I have 3 years warranty, otherwise I would return this card
And I checked the heatsinks and thermal pads, all are in touch with memories, no bad contact here, so I'll leave this way
