UPDATING GENESIS ADDRESSES UPGRADE FEES
Here are the new fees:
Level 2 Upgrade Fee: 0.3 ETH (mining starts)
Level 3 Upgrade Fee: 0.6 ETH (mining starts & transfers allowed)
