Maybe people must send their money to safer wallet
Asked them how is it possible to breached your account even with 2FA. Somehow they can give you some reasons why it happened.
Ask also for logs as maybe there's a "mole" around you that you are unaware of.
Either way, don't use blockchain.com now.
