I am selling to a startup the right to become a participant in an international accelerator with headquarters in Europe. With this right, the beneficiary has gcp (google cloud platform) credits as a benefit.

These credits can be used on any gcp platform and have the following criteria:

$20,000 in gcp credits.
Can be extended to $100,000 (depending on google's approval)


Minimum requirements:

- has not been acquired
- is not a consultancy, agency, .gov, .edu, .org, blog, devshop, or bitcoin/crypto-mining company
- has not previously applied to the google cloud for startups program
- is not currently enrolled in the google cloud for startups program
- has a valid gcp billing account id
- has a working company website / company email domain (non-gmail)

This offer is for startups only and I reserve the right to validate the buyer. If you do not fit the rules requested by gcp, we will not go forward with the transaction.
I will only accept trustworthy escrow services (aka well-known).
