Does anyone knows what "Restricting the stake withdrawal address" means? I saw is one of the hardfork features.
This means that when you kill your identity the amount of coins in stake could be sent to any address such as the address of the exchange. But as it is not a "normal" transaction these currencies do not reach the exchange, now it is limited to your own address only.
