I have about 20 USD on Folgory exchange and I can´t withdraw it since you need KYC verification even for 20USD. I do not trust them enough and I will never send any exchange my ID for 20USD. All exchanges should warn before you create an account that for every withdrawal you need KYC verification. It is interesting that deposit are allowed.
