You can't modify your thread and make it fit for the gambling section if your platform doesn't accept Bitcoin. Think about adding Bitcoin as a payment option and give it another try in the gambling section.

I do agree with you that the rules are not clearly stated in the gambling sub-forum, but that doesn't mean they don't exist. Go to Meta and you will find them there. If you read Newbies - Read before posting in the Beginners & Help section, there is also a link to the forum rules there.
