This is a concern but not an immediate one since the market group in comparison to the main stream is rather small. Some would think from reading this that this is deliberate inequality but as a business one has to focus on its target market.
At the same time, this is a whole which provides an opportunity if one wishes to invest into it. Because of the large financial implications, I fear not many investors are prepared to do that just yet, but as digital currency becomes more common I'm certain some will start thinking about inclusion properly.
There are certainly ways to do it like the 'text-to-speech' recognition feature alas something more flexible would be required and only with the right market research one can start predicting and testing. The other thing to consider is that perhaps this target audience isn't so interested due to luck of knowledge so perhaps for now the better option is to produce more audible content where they can learn more about BTC and blockchain.
