There are no more than 1000 very active users. You can nominate others and not yourself, this is the principle of all such awards. The "Award" depends on the forum community, not on the administration. theymos can only implement the signatures
(perhaps only if everything goes smoothly with the "Award" and this idea is supported by authoritative users, moderators and theymos personally).
