This plagiarism appeared after I write my comment, the culprit has already been punished and his steemit has been banned, I did not create plagiarism, because I write the article in Russian, the comment was written in English. This is a mistake and thank you very much for setting up an innocent people. 
To be sincere, I haven't seen any account restored back after ban appeals made and also I haven't seen any account banned by mods for no reasons. No one can help you here because you haven't been the first to have been banned, try to take corrections next time and keep abided by the forum rule, its that simple.
