What do you mean standard function? I think I've already read that you once answered this but It's not clear what do you mean random values using the standard function? We just want to know how the bot came with the result to know if they are really fair and if so I would love to try it or play with it especially I'm using mobile mostly all the time.
Pretty sure if it gives out random values to the players then it can not possibly be fair, so I am going to go ahead and say anyone that is using this telegram bot should not expect a fair result for their bets, and also the owner of the bot also should accept this and mention that in the first page to avoid any misunderstanding specially from beginners.
