Easy when all projects are real or indeed developed without expecting everything from investors alone. If you've played 3 years ago maybe you feel that way.
I entered this forum to be precise on September 25, 2017, so of course I feel what you are saying, but it only happens for one year, then it is no longer the case and even in the following years many projects have emerged a scam.
2018 was a year where there were many fraudulent projects, I remember at that time many bounty projects emerged that had a pretty good concept and were able to attract investors to invest in the fraudulent Ico project and due to the many fraudulent projects in 2018, many investors are now starting leaving the ico project and relatively prefer investing their money in the market and in several IEO projects that are truly trusted and I personally think that 2018-2019 is a quite difficult year for bounty participants to get income from their work.
