I'm really torn on this company. It appears the voice of the company is committed to transparent communications with investors. This is really great. The more detail the better. I've personally really enjoyed blackjack and the new video poker games. I'm +.2 btc over the past two months.

My concern with this company is entirely around user experience and the overlap this has with SEO. I also think a proper investment ($10-$25k) into a well done design and front-end development would have been a better investment than purchasing the Peer/bit777 casino properties. The following statement is entirely speculation, but I'm concerned that the desire to grow fast may have resulted in purchasing sinking ships. I don't know this for certain, and I apologize if I'm way off. I hope I am wrong, and that bit777/peerdice/etc. provide great immediate profits. If they require re-working to become profitable, it may have been a poor purchase given their lack of credibility in Google.

The slight upgraded design that was applied to casinobitco.in a month or two ago was in fact a downgrade. While the design philosophy of having all of your content above the fold is dated, the practice of prioritizing content above the fold still remains. The shift in thinking (a few years established now) it that users will scroll vertically, and scrolling should be encouraged. It can be further encouraged by applying 'big design' principles to help instantly communicate to the user that they will be scrolling. In fact, it has been made clear by Google that their robots pay attention to your content above the fold, and some of their recent tools (e.g. pagespeed) are starting to objectively measure user experience factors; starting with mobile first.

Taking just the home page into consideration, which is the most important page to compete in Google for "bitcoin casino", the design is very bad. The large image/tout area pushes the most important content down without any important context. I understand design styles like this were popular a few years ago, but it is standard now to provide context with large images. At a minimum, the games should be over-layed on top of the large roulette wheel image.

I generally approve of your and tag decisions.

I'm also generally concerned with the new purchased properties not ranking anywhere in Google for the top generic terms associated with the business (e.g. "bitcoin dice", "bitcoin casino").

These thoughts are all over the place, but I think it's important to call out the design decisions. They are absolutely critical to this business, especially in the 2014 world of SEO.

tl;dr - The user experience and design decisions feel lazy and this is a huge concern given the convergence of UX and SEO.

All very good points, we are actively seeking UI/UX experts to help reshape CasinoBitco.in (we are already in the process of re-skinning Bit777 and PeerBet) - but if anyone is interested, please PM me.

Regarding the acquisition, Bit777 and Peerbet are profitable - and they have 10x the users CasinoBitco.in has! PeerBet itself has 5x the traffic CasinoBitco.in has! I'm very confident we'll be able to convert these users just as well as we do on CasinoBitco.in, and in time - as we merge the sites together, we will be one of the biggest Bitcoin Gambling destinations on the web.
