Sorry guys, this looks like a scam to me.
I deposited USD 100 (but got a invalid bonus code messsage)
I talked to the support and they gave me to bonus for USD 90 (as I already played for USD 10)
So far so good.
I went to the slots and was very lucky... really very lucky. So I reaced USD 590 and decided to cash out. I loose the USD 90 Bonus (this is obvious) so I still can cash out USD 500.
So I made the withdraw request for the 500.
No I log in and see that the withdraw has been cancelled! Reason: Bonus Breach! WTF!??
AND: In my account, now I have only 100 Dollars instead of 500!
Now they tell me that I shouldn't have made a single bet over USD 4... Else you loose your money and your bonus! But guess what? I have never used the bonus money!
I never had do use any cent of the bonus money, so how can they say it is not allowed make a bet higher than USD 4.0 with MY MONEY?`
I suggest anymone to not play on haz casino, better look for a casino with honest cashout, you will be scammed here.

Bonus restrictions (maximum betting limit of 4, forbidden games, maximum cashout of 5 times the received bonus amount) apply until the withdrawal request has been processed or winnings generated from mentioned bonus are part of players' balance.
Example: You deposit 100 and get a 200 bonus. You win an additional 500 and have a total bonus balance of 800.
