Some projects will be able to exceed the previous ATH, but of course in my opinion more than 90% of all projects are trash and do not represent any value, or copy each other!
Some will do and some will not, the coming all time high will be different not all coins will see another all time high only coins with a lot of good support, and potential like product and platforms that the community are using, a coins or tokens should not only about roadmap and promises there should be platform like what the DeFi tokens are offering.
I think that Defi tokens will survive the same thing that once was the case with ICO tokens... Because there are a huge number of them, and most of them will turn out to be a scam...
