How it works?
We use a technology which allows us to search the best market rate and exchange your coins trought different API's.
I wouldn't call that one an exchanger instead, it should be a crypto exchange "aggregator" that's poorly coded.
The address for sending funds will be issued to you as soon as you click-Exchange.
That didn't happen...
- It gets stuck in a page that says "CARREGANDO" which I believe means loading (checking the source code leads to the error that stompix posted).I made a test exchange of Doge for Bitcoin,and everything went fine.
Perhaps you changed something afterward.
The site takes a long time to load, is the problem related to me or is the site running slow?
It loads normally on my end.
Is changenow's administration trying to get more money by creating many websites and working in the background, or are the developers lazy and want to make some profits?
I strongly believe this case is the latter one.

You should only announce a service/product when it's fully tested and not just do it for the sake of introducing something to the world.
