When this pandemic is over and there is a "vaccine", bitcoin has a better chance of reaching new ATHs. Bitcoin has proven it is not a safe haven when the stock market crashes. Gold has proven this too. It all crashed last March because investors flocked to cash and waited on the sidelines. Liquidity crisis was the cause of this, bitcoin and stocks soared once the Fed intervened. Now the election is upon us and once again investors are going to cash. Once its over, stocks, gold and bitcoin will once again soar.
