Dash is not undervalued at all, it still makes its way to top 30 cryptocurrencies. But, there are many coins that have lower value to dash that have the features you mentioned above. What I noticed is that a coin can receive attentions from whales and many other investors, very possible Dash has potential to be pumped and make it way higher, and being at the 29th with a marketcap of $661.20 million as of the time I was writing this, it is still a very strong currency. Dash is a strong currency.
Dash surely is a good coin to have in your portfolio. DASH, Zcash, Monero and PIVX now makes my portfolio. Zcash for a shorter term as it's having a halving soon. PIVX survived this long and are still promoting themselves, I have reasons to believe they'd have at least one pump. DASH and Monero are mostly for long term. DASH has a max supply but Monero don't that makes DASH a much valuable currency but Monero a coin for eternity.
