I believe the user is someone who was banned from the forum. Notice how they ask people to google "BitDice Scam". That leads straight to a website who was owned by the user game-protect. Of course it's my personal opinion and doesn't really prove anything but I strongly believe they're just ban evading and trying to get some traffic on their site.
