I FOUND TECRACOIN ON https://stakecenter.co/client/exchange/BTC/TCR EXCHANGE AND WHY PRICE IS TO LOW 
because it is SCAM exchange and Tecra did not consent for the 'exchange' to list our coin. If someone transfer BTC, they need to be aware that funds can be lost or stolen.
What is your proof that this is a scam? If you don't have proof, you can't slander anyone
