A beautiful premier league weekend, with everyone exposing their bias comments and review. Manchester City was massacred today by the Leicester team and then everyone suddenly blames the backline. Why not appreciate the winning team?
If Manchester united loses or lampard, the narrative is that they are poor coaches, and pogba is a bad player, but when city loses, suddenly pep is not at fault and everyone neglects Debruyne disasterclass performances.
A beautiful premier league season, but var is causing confusion with several irregular decisions.
Should we expect a liverpool massive performance tomorrow? or an arsenal victory?
I don't think it's biased but City were the odds on favorite to win and when they do lose it's usually due to errors made and people are just pointing that out, but that's not to take anything away from Leicester but Manchester City did give away two silly penalties. Leicester's non-penalty goals were world class though so I'll give them that. I can't wait to watch City vs Leeds next weekend. Who knows what will happen in that game. If City play with the same team I think there could be some a lot of goals from both sides as Leeds have been scoring a lot but also conceding. If City have their full team out they should probably beat the quite easy but Liverpool didn't manage that so who knows.
