This release presents complete overhauling of Navi(RX5500/5600/5700) overclocking experience. We are pleased to have increased stability and reduced as much as possible power usage.

Another voltage was introduced again for Navi series - SOC voltage. It is more advanced control over internal controller voltage. Please read disclaimer under the option in Worker configuration.

Updated agent to 2.8.12.
Added Navi SOC voltage with disclaimer of using it.
Added Vega56/64/Frontier MVDDCI voltage support.
Overhauled Navi OC procedures.
Fixed watchdog cli calling not sending notifications when triggered.
Added motherboard and bios information gathering.
