I don't think that scam projects will disappear in this forum, they will always be around from time to time. we have lots of btc paying signature campaigns and yet there are so much scam project around, so an inclusion of social media (twitter) in btc paying campaign will not reduce anything, besides not all project will hold a btc paying campaign.
I agree with you, as long as at least one person is falling for the scam, they are not going away. It's too attractive for the scammer to make free money with only a little bit of work. And as people are generally interested in giveaways and free coins, we will keep seeing scam campaigns. Even though bounty campaigns decreased this year, it's no guarantee that scams will stop. We can't let our guards down and need to keep checking every project.
Agree, even though the bounty campaign was not as much as two years ago, the bounty scam will still exist. Scammers will always be there and take advantage of our negligence on various occasions including the bounty campaign. Projects that are already listed on the market also have the opportunity to harm investors, so it is not surprising that there is still a bounty scam
