I personally dont like the idea that a user must first create an account on Payeer in order to pay for the service, its just one additional hurdle, at least in my opinion.
AFAIK there's no need to create an account on payeer, it works like bitpay and other crypto payment gateway. The user only need to pay to the address/QR shown on the payment page.Worst, payeer blocks US ip address I'm using and telling me
