Been on betcoin.ag since 2018, prior was on nitrogen sports since 2013.

As a long term member of betcoin, I've wagered over 130 bitcoin here. This would mean that I rank in the echelon of a silver player. For your info this means after wagering 1.3 million dollars, depositing 200,000 to 300,000 dollars. This means I have moved up one single rank in the tier of betcoin.ag. After wagering for months and depositing for about 3 months, they started giving me a monthly courtesy bonus and occasionally some deposit bonuses. These bonuses were around 10-40 mBTC. I said whatever, I ended up taking about a 4 month break after the span of depositing nearly $100,000 and losing. Not a single withdrawal. Then they started lowering my bonuses to around 1-3 mBTC and now even after losing months of $10,000, $20,000 dollars I'm getting really bad bonuses. I've pointed this out to the customer service, which they normally give me chips around 3-5 mBTC each time I point this out, but it's really small. So I got to the point where I was like, really annoyed. They gave me 1 mBTC as a monthly bonus one time. I believe in loyalty and after being with nitrogen sports for nearly 5 years I was severely mistreated there towards the end, but I always got my .1, .2 btc free plays from them every month. Which is normal for a player with my action. Betcoin.ag is an extremely small community, but I have to say this is the worst I've seen them. They were extremely good at one point and now they've shafted. I previously wrote some good reviews about betcoin, however at this point it's definitely not the same. Getting small bonuses over the course of the month is not how a player of my caliber should be treated. Looking back on this, I was definitely wrong to give betcoin 2 years of my time and I feel as if I've achieved nothing. They've done nothing for me to make me think otherwise and while they can have good customer support at times, this is my goodbye note.
