Their website says that PrePublic Level 1 stage has 5 investors from Russia only so far... minimum investment is 1k.

the iqcash is a scam itself and was also created by FINEXPO, this team had been acting very suspiciously in the past. price of Iqcash was dumped just like the project who did an IEO on questionable exchanges. shouldn't they provide github link?
bottomline of all these hullabaloo - dont invest on shady defi project!
