We have no obligation to you other that the betback and lossback percentages listed on the VIP page. But as an appreciated player, you have also been receiving a monthly bonus, plus little bonuses along the way. You also been able to take advantage of our great promos.

We think you are treated well, but if you get better treatment elsewhere, your decision is obvious. Threatening us over a bonus is never going to be effective. Posting in our chat and other forums about how poorly you are treated is certainly not going to be effective. That monthly bonus you receive is for your play and standing in the community. If you want to bash Betcoin, then you can receive the standard lossback and betback percentages like everyone else. Thank you and best of luck whatever you decide.
